Trenderdia

411-Spyware is warning about the Trenderdia Trojan being attached to the WinRar installer downloaded from Cnet.
Fortunately is seems that Trenderdia doesn’t keep a low profile as when the infected WinRar file is run, a message appears saying “You will be dead next month!”.
That doesn’t scare me because I don’t plan on living that long.
Anyway you can remove Trenderdia manually however I recommend you run a free scan of Spyware Doctor as Trenderdia could have put anything on your computer. Best of all Spyware Doctor will ensure that neither Trenderdia or any other Trojan will end your life before the end of the month.

I got it from a winrar download.
My Norton 360 scan of the downloaded file did not pick it up. Still struggling to get the live updates to work completely. Maybe I’ll just move the pop-up out of the way in the morning and leave it there for the rest of the day ..
