Windows 3.x Retired

Windows 3.x has been retired.
In other news, Windows 3.x was still being supported until now.
I know this comes as a shock to all of you who are running it, but Microsoft feels that an 18 year old OS is not worth supporting.
On the bright side, now that you are being forced to upgrade, you can discover a wonderful new invention called the Right Click.
